Shipping & Returns

Thanks for shopping with Iron Kids Co.! We're a small family business in Ontario, Canada, and we make every order with care. Here's what to expect when it comes to getting your order to you, and what happens if something isn't right.

Production & processing time

Every item is made to order, so please allow about 5 to 7 business days for us to make your order before it ships. Larger or custom orders may take a little longer, and we'll always let you know if that's the case. This processing time is separate from the delivery time once your order is on its way.

Where we ship

We currently ship to Canada and the United States. All prices on our site are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Right now, shipping is free and included — no shipping charge is added at checkout. We're just getting started, and this is our way of saying thank you for supporting a new family business.

Delivery times

Once your order has been made and handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery time depends on the carrier and where you live. Please note that once a package is with the carrier, delivery times are out of our hands, but we're always happy to help if something looks off — just email us and we'll do what we can.

Damaged, lost, or incorrect orders

We want your order to arrive in great shape. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or if it seems to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date). Send us a quick note and, if you can, a photo of any damage. We'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Returns & exchanges

Because our items are made to order and often personalized, our return policy depends on the type of item:

Personalized or custom items (anything made or personalized just for you) are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged — except when they arrive damaged or defective, which is always covered.
Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original condition. For these returns, the buyer pays the return shipping cost.

To start a return or exchange, just email us and we'll walk you through it.

Order changes & cancellations

Since we make everything to order and start working on it quickly, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make a change or cancel. After that, we may have already started making your item, and we might not be able to make changes.

How to reach us

Have a question about your order? We'd love to hear from you. We don't have a phone line, but email is the best way to reach us and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. This is also how you can ask us to access, correct, or withdraw consent for the personal information we hold, in keeping with Canada's privacy law (PIPEDA).
