How to Draw Farming Simulator-Style Vehicles: A Step-by-Step Guide for Kids
Farm vehicles are drawn the same way real ones are built: start with the wheels and the main body block, then layer the details on top. Here are two of the most-requested ones.
Iron Kids Co. is a family fan tutorial and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by GIANTS Software or Farming Simulator — we just love drawing big farm machines.
Drawing a combine harvester
- Draw the wheels. One large circle toward the back, one smaller circle up front.
- Draw the body. A long rectangle resting on top of both wheels.
- Add the cab. A boxy shape near the front-top of the body, with a window.
- Add the header. A wide, flat rectangle sticking out the very front — this is the part that cuts the crop.
- Add the unloading pipe. A tall, angled rectangle sticking up and out from the side of the body.
- Add grain tank details. A few horizontal lines on top of the body for the hatch.
- Color it in. Green, red, or yellow are the classic farm-machine colors — pick your favorite.
Drawing a tractor with a trailer
Follow our tractor drawing guide first for the tractor itself, then add a trailer:
- Draw a rectangle behind the tractor for the trailer bed.
- Add two wheels underneath it.
- Draw a short line connecting the trailer to the back of the tractor — that's the hitch.
